The Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) is a process that assesses whether candidates are competent and meet the standards set out by our professional body, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
We understand that the APC process can seem daunting at first but believe that by coupling your enthusiasm and passion for property with our experience and understanding of the process then we’ll help you navigate your first steps into a career in property.
During your first few months working here we help you find the best sector pathway and through a practical, hands-on approach to learning you’ll soon be immersed in your chosen discipline.
In the run up to your final assessments we will help you prepare with mock interviews, training sessions, workshops as well as facilitating sessions with the other graduates around the business undergoing the same process.
At Eddisons we have been successfully assisting surveyors through the APC programme for years, in fact X of our directors started off their careers as graduates.
